How This Started...
I've always loved oldies music. Beach music, Motown, you name it. Even as a kid, I would tune in to the oldies station whenever I could. All week, I would look forward to the Sunday Night Beach Party on our local radio station, which played two straight hours of beach music. As I've gotten older, I started thinking - why do I only allow myself to indulge in beach music and ice cream in the summer? Since the reality of actually moving to the beach is still a pretty distant dream for me, I thought...what if I could bring the summertime beach music scene to me? And to anyone else who craves it all year long? So, I bring you Sun Queen Ice Cream - for all of your throw-back faves. I'm serving up simple flavors and blasting oldies for any event where this is the vibe you want to bring. Tell me where to park, and I'll be there to serve.
